The shares of Merck KGaA have been listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange since October 20, 1995. Merck is pursuing a long-term financing strategy based on a strong financial position.  We want to optimize our costs of capital by maintaining a strong equity position, high operating cash flow and by making economical use of resources.
